Our identity goes beyond one region. We have roots in Cali and honor cooking from across Colombia. On our current Doral menu, bandeja paisa combines rice, beans, beef, chicharrón, sausage, egg, sweet plantain, avocado and arepa.
For soup lovers, Doral offers chicken ajiaco with potatoes and corn, and short rib sancocho. Bakery flavors are also part of our identity, with pandebono, buñuelo and pan de yuca on the current menu.
